I am a research fellow and PhD candidate in the Bioinformatics Group of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany.
My research is focused on methods to classify DNA sequences and on applying machine learning methods to learn about how microorganisms live together in lakes.
