Studied Computer Science with a focus in biomedical informatics at the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Worked as a Software Developer in the area of accounting and mobile app development for a year, then became lead developer of the Open PHACTS project at the University of Bonn in the life science department and now are head of a software engineering group at DLR.
